Similar for me. 1st screen is most frequently used stuff… SMS, iCal, Stocks, Maps, Weather, Twitterific, Facebook, Zenbe Lists, Bloglines etc. Second screen is some settings and mostly music apps. Stuff like the calc and contacts mixed with Simplify, Pandora, Shazam, Last.fm etc. Third screen is news and lookup tools: NYTimes, Digg, Eventful, MLB At Bat, Yelp, UrbanSpoon, Now Playing, etc. Lastly I’ve got a games screen with 13 different games including 3 worth paying for: HoldEm, Dizzy Bee, and Spore.
Since 2.0 came out I now have very few Safari bookmarks on my home screens. I’ve gotten comfortable and quick using a sports bookmarks folder for NFL.com, SI, and ESPN’s mobile sites instead of a home screen icon. All three of those do have great mobile sites though.

Wow, I have the exact same setup as you. Different apps, but same organization.

I just got my iphone about a week ago, so I like seeing what apps other people have added. I see your Reader app, which is apparently Google Reader, but I can’t find it in the App Store. Any suggestions on searching for it?

I have my first (far left) screen with most of the apps that I use more frequently. I’d have to say that my favorite apps are the new Facebook app, Apple’s HoldEm Poker, and Twinkle (twitter app). And on the weekends when I’m away from my computer I heavily use the ESPN bookmarklet like you have on yours.
